Five systems that decide whether a local business gets the call.
Buy one. Buy all five. They work either way — they just work considerably better together.

In short
B2B Systems Group provides five services to businesses in New Jersey and New York City: websites and SEO, Google Business Profile and directory listings, advertising and social media, reviews and booking, and business technology and automation. Each is available on its own or bundled into a monthly plan. Every account we create is owned by you.
Why a system, not a service
Channels bought separately fight each other.
The web designer builds a beautiful site that loads in six seconds. The SEO firm blames the designer. The ads agency spends against a page that doesn’t convert. The owner pays three invoices and gets one result.
We build the pieces in an order that makes each one cheaper than the last, and we run them from one place so nothing falls between vendors.
Compounding, concretely
Faster site → higher ad quality score → lower cost per click
Complete profile → map pack visibility → AI engines cite the same facts
More recent reviews → better map ranking and higher close rate on traffic you already paid for
Instant follow-up → every channel above becomes worth more per lead
The five systems
What each one is, and what you actually get.
Websites & SEO
A website is not a brochure — it’s the machine that converts attention into booked work, and the document every search engine and AI assistant reads to decide what you do. We build it, we keep it fast and secure, and we make it findable.
Ongoing maintenance, updates, backups and security
Local SEO: service pages, location pages, internal linking
Technical SEO: speed, schema, crawlability, Core Web Vitals
AI search optimization for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews
Google Business Profile & Listings
For most local businesses, the Google Business Profile produces more calls than the website does. It is also the asset most often set up once, in a hurry, and never touched again. We treat it as a live channel.
Organic takes months. Ads take hours. We use paid to cover the gap while the foundation matures — and then to own the searches that are worth paying for permanently.
Google Local Services Ads and Google Guaranteed setup
Negative keyword discipline and budget pacing
Landing pages built to match the ad, not the homepage
Social media account management and posting
Call and form tracking tied back to spend
Reviews & Booking
Reviews are the closing argument you never get to make in person. Booking is the difference between “I’ll call them tomorrow” and an appointment on your calendar tonight.
Automated review requests by SMS and email, timed to the job
Every review answered within 24 hours, in your voice
Negative review triage and response strategy
Monitoring across Google, Yelp, Facebook and industry sites
Booking system selection, setup and calendar sync
Automated confirmations, reminders and no-show follow-up
Business Technology & Automation
The part nobody photographs for the website: the point-of-sale that reconciles, the CRM that remembers, the follow-up that fires at 9:03 PM without anyone touching a keyboard.
Not sure? That’s exactly what the free audit is for — we look at all five and tell you which one is leaking the most.
Questions
About the services.
Can I hire you for just one service?
Yes. Every service stands alone and is priced that way. Plenty of clients hire us only for Google Business Profile management, or only to build a website. We’ll tell you honestly if a single service won’t solve your actual problem — but the decision is yours.
Do you work with my existing website or do I need a new one?
We work with what you have whenever it’s worth keeping. If your site is on a current version of WordPress, loads in under three seconds and has a structure we can build on, we optimize it. If it’s on an abandoned page builder, hasn’t been updated in three years, or fails Core Web Vitals badly enough that fixing it costs more than replacing it, we’ll say so and show you the numbers behind that call.
What’s the difference between SEO and AI search optimization?
Traditional SEO earns a ranked position in a list of links. AI search optimization earns a citation inside a generated answer. The overlap is large — both reward clean structure, real expertise and consistent facts — but the tactics differ. AI engines favour direct answers in the first 60 words, question-shaped headings, structured data, concrete numbers, and corroboration from third-party sources. We do both, and we track both separately.
Who writes the content?
We do, after interviewing you. Nothing gets published without your approval, and we don’t publish generic filler under your name — it doesn’t rank, it doesn’t get cited by AI engines, and it doesn’t convince anyone. Where AI tools help us work faster, a human writes the argument, checks the facts and signs off.
Do you resell someone else’s work?
No white-label reselling. The person you meet on the audit call is the person managing your account. When we bring in a specialist — a photographer, a specialized developer — we tell you who they are and what they cost.
What happens if something breaks at 8 PM on a Saturday?
Site-down, checkout-broken and phone-not-ringing emergencies get handled outside business hours as part of every maintenance plan. Uptime monitoring alerts us before most clients notice. Everything else waits for the next business morning — and we tell you which category yours is in when you report it.
Next step
Find out what’s costing you calls
Twenty minutes. We audit your website, Google Business Profile, reviews and ads while you watch, and tell you the three things to fix first — whether you hire us or not.
