Our commitment
B2B Systems Group (a registered trade name of Vascad LLC) is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as a build standard rather than an afterthought — both here and in the websites we build for clients.
Conformance status
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We believe this site substantially conforms. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we welcome reports of anything we’ve missed.
What we’ve implemented
- Semantic HTML with proper landmarks, a single H1 per page and a logical heading hierarchy
- A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element
- Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element
- Colour contrast meeting or exceeding 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and interface components
- Meaningful alternative text on informative images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
- Form fields with associated labels, clear required-field indicators and error messages conveyed in text rather than colour alone
- Accordions and menus built with correct ARIA states and keyboard behaviour
- Touch targets sized at least 44×44 pixels
- Full support for
prefers-reduced-motion— all animation is disabled when your system requests it - Text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide, and remains readable at 200% zoom
- No content conveyed by colour alone; no auto-playing media
How we test
- Automated scanning with axe DevTools and WAVE on every template
- Manual keyboard-only navigation of every page
- Screen reader testing with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
- Contrast verification on every colour pair in the design system
- Re-testing after any significant change
Why we don’t use accessibility overlays
Overlay widgets that promise instant compliance do not achieve it. They frequently interfere with the assistive technology people already use, and they have themselves been the subject of litigation. We fix the underlying markup instead.
Known limitations
- Third-party embeds — such as booking and mapping widgets — are outside our direct control. Where an embed has accessibility problems we provide an accessible alternative: a phone number, an email address and a standard form.
- Some older documents linked from this site may not be fully accessible. Contact us and we will provide the content in an accessible format.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter anything on this site that you cannot access or use, please tell us. Include the page address and a description of the problem and the assistive technology you were using, if any.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within one business day and to resolve confirmed issues within ten business days. If a fix will take longer, we’ll tell you why and give you a date.
Accessibility in the work we deliver
Every website we build is checked against this same standard before launch, and re-scanned as part of ongoing maintenance. Accessibility is not a paid add-on in our plans — it is part of building a website correctly, and it also happens to be the same discipline that makes a site legible to search engines and AI answer engines.
