What this costs, before you call

Because the same service genuinely costs different amounts to deliver depending on how many services, locations and competitors are involved. A single fixed price for everyone means somebody is subsidising somebody else. What we won’t do is hide the number — nothing we sell costs less than what’s published here, and you’ll get an exact figure on the first call rather than after a sequence of discovery meetings.

Ask on the audit call. We look at how many services and locations you need to rank for, how competitive your category is where you are, and what you already have that we can build on. That’s enough to give you a real number in the first few minutes, and a written scope with a fixed price within a day or two.

Monthly plans have an initial 90-day term, then run month to month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The 90 days exists because SEO, profile work and review generation genuinely cannot produce measurable results in less time, and starting them with the option to quit at week three wastes everyone’s money. Website builds are fixed-scope projects governed by a written statement of work, not a subscription.

You keep everything. Every account is in your name already, so cancellation means we’re removed as a manager. We hand over documentation, the citation tracker, automation diagrams and any work in progress. There’s no exit fee and no buy-out.

Up at any time, effective immediately. Down at the end of any month with 30 days’ notice, after the initial term. Most clients start on Foundation or Growth and move up once the earlier work is producing.

Pay annually and get one month free. Beyond that, no — discounting for the sake of closing means either the original price was inflated or the work gets quietly reduced later.

Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month by card or ACH. Project work is 50% to begin and 50% on delivery; larger builds are split into three milestones. Everything is invoiced with terms in writing before work starts.

We do not guarantee rankings, lead volume or revenue — nobody can honestly guarantee outcomes that depend on your market, your pricing and how you handle the calls.
